Question 1

What do unknown 2017 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 10 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD EDGE with unknown damage, the median was $4,713, from $3,500 to $5,500. That is 21% above the $3,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 FORD EDGE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

Who sold this 2017 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ALFA INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2017 FORD EDGE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with unknown damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 2FMPK3J8XHBC40676?

Accepted Answer

2FMPK3J8XHBC40676 identifies this specific 2017 FORD EDGE with a 3.5l v-6 dohc, vvt, regular , 280hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 FORD EDGE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 FORD EDGE was listed at IAAI as lot 46221641 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
