Question 1

Was $22,500 a good price for this 2022 DODGE RAM?

Accepted Answer

29 comparable 2022 DODGE RAM listings sold at auction for a median of $9,100, spanning $4,200 to $22,500. At $22,500 this one went 147% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a clean title mean for this DODGE RAM?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 DODGE RAM was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this DODGE RAM from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MA - ASSONET. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 45,294 miles high for a 2022 DODGE RAM?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 DODGE RAM listings at auction averaged 80,830 miles across 29 sales, so at 45,294 miles this one sits 44% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2022 DODGE RAM?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was CHRYSLER CAPITAL. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2022 DODGE RAM come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with mechanical damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
