Question 1

Was $6,600 a good price for this 2018 DODGE RAM?

Accepted Answer

14 comparable 2018 DODGE RAM listings sold at auction for a median of $6,300, spanning $3,650 to $12,500. At $6,600 this one went 5% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This DODGE RAM sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How far is this DODGE RAM from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in OR - EUGENE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 180 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $225-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 DODGE RAM. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 117,977 miles high for a 2018 DODGE RAM?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 DODGE RAM listings at auction averaged 99,396 miles across 14 sales, so at 117,977 miles this one sits 19% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 DODGE RAM from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 DODGE RAM was listed at COPART as lot 54229966 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
