Question 1

What do front end 2018 DODGE DURANGO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 706 recorded sales of the 2018 DODGE DURANGO with front end damage, the median was $4,500, from $3,200 to $8,600. That is 9% below the $4,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,500 a good price for this 2018 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

1616 comparable 2018 DODGE DURANGO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,950, spanning $3,250 to $10,700. At $4,500 this one went 9% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a mv-907a-ny mean for this DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 DODGE DURANGO was sold on a mv-907a-ny. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

How far is this DODGE DURANGO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - MEDFORD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 DODGE DURANGO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 79,312 miles high for a 2018 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 DODGE DURANGO listings at auction averaged 106,836 miles across 1616 sales, so at 79,312 miles this one sits 26% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
