Question 1

What do front end 2017 DODGE DURANGO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 520 recorded sales of the 2017 DODGE DURANGO with front end damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,200 to $6,900. That is 4% below the $4,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,825 a good price for this 2017 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

1227 comparable 2017 DODGE DURANGO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,150, spanning $3,200 to $7,100. At $3,825 this one went 8% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This DODGE DURANGO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this DODGE DURANGO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - CARSON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This DODGE DURANGO has front end and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 114,469 miles high for a 2017 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 DODGE DURANGO listings at auction averaged 120,233 miles across 1227 sales, so at 114,469 miles this one sits 5% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
