Question 1

What do front end 2023 DODGE DURANGO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 522 recorded sales of the 2023 DODGE DURANGO with front end damage, the median was $10,300, from $4,300 to $20,450. That is 10% below the $11,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,600 a good price for this 2023 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

1127 comparable 2023 DODGE DURANGO listings sold at auction for a median of $11,400, spanning $4,550 to $24,500. At $9,600 this one went 16% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This DODGE DURANGO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this DODGE DURANGO sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2023 DODGE DURANGO's pre-damage retail value at $34,668. It sold for $9,600 — 72% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

How far is this DODGE DURANGO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NC - LUMBERTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 280 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 3,283 miles high for a 2023 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 DODGE DURANGO listings at auction averaged 40,493 miles across 1127 sales, so at 3,283 miles this one sits 92% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
