Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2016 DODGE DURANGO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2016 DODGE DURANGO with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $3,900, from $3,600 to $4,750. That is level with the $3,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,600 a good price for this 2016 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

551 comparable 2016 DODGE DURANGO listings sold at auction for a median of $3,900, spanning $3,150 to $6,150. At $3,600 this one went 8% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this DODGE DURANGO sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 DODGE DURANGO's pre-damage retail value at $7,500. It sold for $3,600 — 52% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this DODGE DURANGO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - FORT PIERCE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 DODGE DURANGO was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 145,146 miles high for a 2016 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 DODGE DURANGO listings at auction averaged 127,058 miles across 551 sales, so at 145,146 miles this one sits 14% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
