Question 1

What do hail 2019 DODGE DURANGO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 33 recorded sales of the 2019 DODGE DURANGO with hail damage, the median was $6,750, from $3,950 to $11,000. That is 25% above the $5,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,500 a good price for this 2019 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

1214 comparable 2019 DODGE DURANGO listings sold at auction for a median of $5,400, spanning $3,300 to $10,400. At $9,500 this one went 76% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this DODGE DURANGO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MN - RICE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 1,100 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $725-$1,050, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 108,179 miles high for a 2019 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 DODGE DURANGO listings at auction averaged 100,309 miles across 1214 sales, so at 108,179 miles this one sits 8% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2019 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was NORTH STAR INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2019 DODGE DURANGO come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with hail damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
