Question 1

What do front end 2018 DODGE DURANGO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 740 recorded sales of the 2018 DODGE DURANGO with front end damage, the median was $4,500, from $3,200 to $8,600. That is 8% below the $4,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,000 a good price for this 2018 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

1695 comparable 2018 DODGE DURANGO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,900, spanning $3,250 to $10,775. At $8,000 this one went 63% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this DODGE DURANGO sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 DODGE DURANGO's pre-damage retail value at $21,738. It sold for $8,000 — 63% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this DODGE DURANGO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MN - BLAINE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 1,100 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $725-$1,050, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 DODGE DURANGO was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 91,304 miles high for a 2018 DODGE DURANGO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 DODGE DURANGO listings at auction averaged 107,257 miles across 1695 sales, so at 91,304 miles this one sits 15% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
