Question 1

What do undercarriage 2018 DODGE CHARGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 35 recorded sales of the 2018 DODGE CHARGER with undercarriage damage, the median was $5,200, from $3,450 to $13,100. That is 5% above the $4,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $13,000 a good price for this 2018 DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

1953 comparable 2018 DODGE CHARGER listings sold at auction for a median of $4,950, spanning $3,250 to $12,100. At $13,000 this one went 163% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this DODGE CHARGER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 DODGE CHARGER's pre-damage retail value at $34,323. It sold for $13,000 — 62% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 DODGE CHARGER. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this DODGE CHARGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in WA - PASCO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 60 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 62,781 miles high for a 2018 DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 DODGE CHARGER listings at auction averaged 99,693 miles across 1953 sales, so at 62,781 miles this one sits 37% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
