Question 1

What do rear end 2018 DODGE CHARGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 199 recorded sales of the 2018 DODGE CHARGER with rear end damage, the median was $4,775, from $3,450 to $9,900. That is 3% below the $4,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,700 a good price for this 2018 DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

2000 comparable 2018 DODGE CHARGER listings sold at auction for a median of $4,900, spanning $3,250 to $12,100. At $7,700 this one went 57% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this DODGE CHARGER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 DODGE CHARGER's pre-damage retail value at $14,050. It sold for $7,700 — 45% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This DODGE CHARGER has rear end and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 106,228 miles high for a 2018 DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 DODGE CHARGER listings at auction averaged 99,812 miles across 2000 sales, so at 106,228 miles this one sits 6% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 DODGE CHARGER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
