Question 1

What does a clear mean for this DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 DODGE CHARGER was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 2

How far is this DODGE CHARGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OH - COLUMBUS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 430 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$525, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 DODGE CHARGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 199,867 miles high for a 2017 DODGE CHARGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 DODGE CHARGER listings at auction averaged 106,732 miles across 1223 sales, so at 199,867 miles this one sits 87% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This DODGE CHARGER has transmission damage and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 DODGE CHARGER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 DODGE CHARGER was listed at IAAI as lot 44623883 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
