Question 1

What do front end 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 610 recorded sales of the 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER with front end damage, the median was $4,600, from $3,200 to $10,800. That is 10% below the $5,125 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This DODGE CHALLENGER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this DODGE CHALLENGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in ND - GARDENA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 1,200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $775-$1,150, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Who sold this 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was SELECT REMARKETING GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Is 102,583 miles high for a 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER listings at auction averaged 93,729 miles across 1438 sales, so at 102,583 miles this one sits 9% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
