Question 1

What do front end 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 843 recorded sales of the 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER with front end damage, the median was $9,200, from $4,600 to $19,300. That is 7% below the $9,875 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $13,750 a good price for this 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

1611 comparable 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER listings sold at auction for a median of $9,875, spanning $4,700 to $20,500. At $13,750 this one went 39% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this DODGE CHALLENGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TN - CHATTANOOGA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 400 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $350-$475, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This DODGE CHALLENGER has front end and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 8,717 miles high for a 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 DODGE CHALLENGER listings at auction averaged 28,333 miles across 1611 sales, so at 8,717 miles this one sits 69% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
