Question 1

What do rear end 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 132 recorded sales of the 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER with rear end damage, the median was $7,500, from $4,150 to $15,400. That is 1% below the $7,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,100 a good price for this 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

1495 comparable 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER listings sold at auction for a median of $7,600, spanning $4,050 to $16,725. At $4,100 this one went 46% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This DODGE CHALLENGER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this DODGE CHALLENGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in AZ - PHOENIX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 380 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $325-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 70,317 miles high for a 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 DODGE CHALLENGER listings at auction averaged 45,190 miles across 1495 sales, so at 70,317 miles this one sits 56% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
