Question 1

What do hail 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 129 recorded sales of the 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA with hail damage, the median was $4,650, from $3,300 to $9,100. That is 15% above the $4,050 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,300 a good price for this 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA?

Accepted Answer

2389 comparable 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA listings sold at auction for a median of $4,050, spanning $3,150 to $6,900. At $12,300 this one went 204% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this CHRYSLER PACIFICA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA's pre-damage retail value at $19,368. It sold for $12,300 — 36% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 77,072 miles high for a 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA listings at auction averaged 105,673 miles across 2389 sales, so at 77,072 miles this one sits 27% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this CHRYSLER PACIFICA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MN - MINNEAPOLIS NORTH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 1,100 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $725-$1,050, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
