Question 1

What do rear 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 38 recorded sales of the 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX with rear damage, the median was $7,875, from $5,150 to $13,400. That is 16% above the $6,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,000 a good price for this 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX?

Accepted Answer

763 comparable 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX listings sold at auction for a median of $6,800, spanning $3,600 to $10,900. At $12,000 this one went 76% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this CHEVROLET TRAX?

Accepted Answer

This 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this CHEVROLET TRAX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in SD - MISSOULA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 1,300 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $725-$1,050, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 5,635 miles high for a 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2026 CHEVROLET TRAX listings at auction averaged 6,330 miles across 763 sales, so at 5,635 miles this one sits 11% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
