Question 1

What do left side 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 127 recorded sales of the 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX with left side damage, the median was $5,813, from $4,000 to $8,475. That is 3% above the $5,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,850 a good price for this 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX?

Accepted Answer

3569 comparable 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX listings sold at auction for a median of $5,650, spanning $3,600 to $8,800. At $3,850 this one went 32% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this CHEVROLET TRAX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - PERRIS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 16,404 miles high for a 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX listings at auction averaged 29,200 miles across 3569 sales, so at 16,404 miles this one sits 44% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with left side damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
