Question 1

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 2

Is 120,243 miles high for a 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE listings at auction averaged 85,737 miles across 2828 sales, so at 120,243 miles this one sits 40% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was MERASTAR. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Can I buy this 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE was listed at IAAI as lot 46272744 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 5

Did this 2020 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rollover damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 1GNERFKW2LJ289422?

Accepted Answer
