Question 1

What do left & right side 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE with left & right side damage, the median was $6,000, from $3,800 to $8,700. That is 2% below the $6,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,850 a good price for this 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE?

Accepted Answer

1547 comparable 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE listings sold at auction for a median of $6,100, spanning $3,650 to $10,450. At $6,850 this one went 12% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this CHEVROLET TAHOE?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this CHEVROLET TAHOE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in GA - ACWORTH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This CHEVROLET TAHOE has left & right side and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 173,238 miles high for a 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE listings at auction averaged 128,109 miles across 1547 sales, so at 173,238 miles this one sits 35% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
