Question 1

How far is this CHEVROLET SUBURBAN from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in UT - FARR WEST. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 88,031 miles high for a 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN listings at auction averaged 154,302 miles across 986 sales, so at 88,031 miles this one sits 43% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with undercarriage damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 1GNSKJKC2GR234721?

Accepted Answer

1GNSKJKC2GR234721 identifies this specific 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN in black with a 5.3l 8 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN was listed at COPART as lot 70512016 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
