Question 1

What do rear end 2017 BUICK ENVISION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 25 recorded sales of the 2017 BUICK ENVISION with rear end damage, the median was $3,600, from $3,050 to $4,800. That is 1% below the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,650 a good price for this 2017 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

224 comparable 2017 BUICK ENVISION listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,050 to $5,300. At $3,650 this one went exactly at that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this BUICK ENVISION sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 BUICK ENVISION's pre-damage retail value at $16,818. It sold for $3,650 — 78% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this BUICK ENVISION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in WI - MILWAUKEE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 850 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $550-$800, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 65,023 miles high for a 2017 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BUICK ENVISION listings at auction averaged 74,345 miles across 224 sales, so at 65,023 miles this one sits 13% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a non-repairable mean for this BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BUICK ENVISION was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.
