Question 1

What do rear 2023 BUICK ENVISION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2023 BUICK ENVISION with rear damage, the median was $6,650, from $4,000 to $9,725. That is 2% above the $6,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,500 a good price for this 2023 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

853 comparable 2023 BUICK ENVISION listings sold at auction for a median of $6,500, spanning $3,700 to $10,800. At $7,500 this one went 15% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 BUICK ENVISION was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 BUICK ENVISION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this BUICK ENVISION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OH - LORAIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 430 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$525, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 42,796 miles high for a 2023 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 BUICK ENVISION listings at auction averaged 33,123 miles across 853 sales, so at 42,796 miles this one sits 29% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
