Question 1

What do rear 2017 BUICK ENVISION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 15 recorded sales of the 2017 BUICK ENVISION with rear damage, the median was $3,750, from $3,250 to $5,250. That is 3% above the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BUICK ENVISION was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

Is 145,816 miles high for a 2017 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BUICK ENVISION listings at auction averaged 74,338 miles across 224 sales, so at 145,816 miles this one sits 96% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2017 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ERIE INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2017 BUICK ENVISION come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
