Question 1

What do rear 2017 BUICK ENVISION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2017 BUICK ENVISION with rear damage, the median was $3,800, from $3,250 to $5,250. That is 4% above the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,400 a good price for this 2017 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

228 comparable 2017 BUICK ENVISION listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,050 to $5,300. At $3,400 this one went 7% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BUICK ENVISION was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this BUICK ENVISION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MO - CASEYVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 780 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $500-$750, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This BUICK ENVISION has rear and right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 92,436 miles high for a 2017 BUICK ENVISION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BUICK ENVISION listings at auction averaged 74,291 miles across 228 sales, so at 92,436 miles this one sits 24% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
