Question 1

What do front end 2018 BUICK ENCORE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 104 recorded sales of the 2018 BUICK ENCORE with front end damage, the median was $3,750, from $3,075 to $4,500. That is level with the $3,750 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this BUICK ENCORE?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 BUICK ENCORE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this BUICK ENCORE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in KS - GROVE CITY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 73,074 miles high for a 2018 BUICK ENCORE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 BUICK ENCORE listings at auction averaged 62,543 miles across 344 sales, so at 73,074 miles this one sits 17% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 BUICK ENCORE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Did this 2018 BUICK ENCORE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
