Question 1

What do rear 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE with rear damage, the median was $4,175, from $3,075 to $5,550. That is 10% above the $3,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,550 a good price for this 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

293 comparable 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE listings sold at auction for a median of $3,800, spanning $3,100 to $5,600. At $5,550 this one went 46% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this BUICK ENCLAVE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WI - SUSSEX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 850 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $550-$800, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 76,300 miles high for a 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 85,768 miles across 293 sales, so at 76,300 miles this one sits 11% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This BUICK ENCLAVE has rear and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
