Question 1

How far is this BUICK ENCLAVE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - JUSTIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 2

This BUICK ENCLAVE has right side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 198,356 miles high for a 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 93,944 miles across 126 sales, so at 198,356 miles this one sits 111% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with right side damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE was listed at IAAI as lot 45779678 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
