Question 1

Was $7,750 a good price for this 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

462 comparable 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE listings sold at auction for a median of $5,200, spanning $3,450 to $9,300. At $7,750 this one went 49% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a greater than 75%-md mean for this BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE was sold on a greater than 75%-md. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

How far is this BUICK ENCLAVE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in SC - LEXINGTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This BUICK ENCLAVE has front & rear and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 56,716 miles high for a 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 67,165 miles across 462 sales, so at 56,716 miles this one sits 16% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
