Question 1

Was $5,650 a good price for this 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

642 comparable 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,475, spanning $3,250 to $7,200. At $5,650 this one went 26% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This BUICK ENCLAVE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How far is this BUICK ENCLAVE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TN - KNOXVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 400 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $350-$475, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 84,624 miles high for a 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 90,210 miles across 642 sales, so at 84,624 miles this one sits 6% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ERIE INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2019 BUICK ENCLAVE was listed at IAAI as lot 40393217 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
