Question 1

What do front end 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 85 recorded sales of the 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE with front end damage, the median was $3,575, from $3,100 to $5,600. That is 6% below the $3,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,100 a good price for this 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

287 comparable 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE listings sold at auction for a median of $3,800, spanning $3,100 to $5,600. At $3,100 this one went 18% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this BUICK ENCLAVE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE's pre-damage retail value at $13,971. It sold for $3,100 — 78% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This BUICK ENCLAVE has front end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 108,417 miles high for a 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 85,465 miles across 287 sales, so at 108,417 miles this one sits 27% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
