Question 1

What do rear end 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 32 recorded sales of the 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE with rear end damage, the median was $4,050, from $3,150 to $4,650. That is 7% above the $3,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,650 a good price for this 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

293 comparable 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE listings sold at auction for a median of $3,800, spanning $3,100 to $5,600. At $4,650 this one went 22% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This BUICK ENCLAVE has rear end and undercarriage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 73,934 miles high for a 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 85,768 miles across 293 sales, so at 73,934 miles this one sits 14% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Where was this BUICK ENCLAVE located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in AB - NISKU. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.
