Question 1

What do rear end 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE with rear end damage, the median was $3,675, from $3,050 to $5,100. That is 2% above the $3,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,950 a good price for this 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

126 comparable 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE listings sold at auction for a median of $3,600, spanning $3,050 to $5,400. At $4,950 this one went 38% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this BUICK ENCLAVE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE's pre-damage retail value at $14,989. It sold for $4,950 — 67% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This BUICK ENCLAVE has rear end and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 54,663 miles high for a 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE listings at auction averaged 93,944 miles across 126 sales, so at 54,663 miles this one sits 42% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this BUICK ENCLAVE?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 BUICK ENCLAVE was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
