Question 1

What do rear end 2018 AUDI SQ5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 45 recorded sales of the 2018 AUDI SQ5 with rear end damage, the median was $11,950, from $7,500 to $15,200. That is 33% above the $9,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,700 a good price for this 2018 AUDI SQ5?

Accepted Answer

579 comparable 2018 AUDI SQ5 listings sold at auction for a median of $9,000, spanning $5,225 to $13,500. At $12,700 this one went 41% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI SQ5 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 AUDI SQ5's pre-damage retail value at $28,312. It sold for $12,700 — 55% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI SQ5. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this AUDI SQ5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in WA - NORTH SEATTLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 60 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 86,848 miles high for a 2018 AUDI SQ5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI SQ5 listings at auction averaged 86,863 miles across 579 sales, so at 86,848 miles this one sits 0% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
