Question 1

Was $13,025 a good price for this 2018 AUDI S5?

Accepted Answer

411 comparable 2018 AUDI S5 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,650 to $13,600. At $13,025 this one went 63% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI S5 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 AUDI S5's pre-damage retail value at $29,267. It sold for $13,025 — 55% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does a bill of sale (washington) mean for this AUDI S5?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 AUDI S5 was sold on a bill of sale (washington). The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

This AUDI S5 has front end and left front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 79,679 miles high for a 2018 AUDI S5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI S5 listings at auction averaged 81,745 miles across 411 sales, so at 79,679 miles this one sits 3% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2018 AUDI S5?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was State Farm Group Insurance. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
