Question 1

What does a qc-v.g.a-quebec mean for this AUDI S5?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 AUDI S5 was sold on a qc-v.g.a-quebec. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 2

This AUDI S5 has possible mech. and front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 81,179 miles high for a 2018 AUDI S5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI S5 listings at auction averaged 81,845 miles across 416 sales, so at 81,179 miles this one sits 1% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2018 AUDI S5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with possible mech. damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Where was this AUDI S5 located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in QUEBEC - ST-NICOLAS. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN WAUY4GF52JN020612?

Accepted Answer

For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
