Question 1

Was $7,750 a good price for this 2018 AUDI S4?

Accepted Answer

191 comparable 2018 AUDI S4 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,175, spanning $3,950 to $11,500. At $7,750 this one went 8% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this AUDI S4?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 AUDI S4 was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this AUDI S4 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TN - NASHVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 400 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $350-$475, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI S4. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 76,059 miles high for a 2018 AUDI S4?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI S4 listings at auction averaged 82,654 miles across 191 sales, so at 76,059 miles this one sits 8% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN WAUB4AF44JA002534?

Accepted Answer

WAUB4AF44JA002534 identifies this specific 2018 AUDI S4 in black with a 3.0l v-6 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 354hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
