Question 1

Was $8,000 a good price for this 2015 AUDI Q7?

Accepted Answer

102 comparable 2015 AUDI Q7 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,600, spanning $4,075 to $8,400. At $8,000 this one went 43% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a mv-907a salvage certificate (p) mean for this AUDI Q7?

Accepted Answer

This 2015 AUDI Q7 was sold on a mv-907a salvage certificate (p). A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this AUDI Q7 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NY - NEWBURGH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 29,021 miles high for a 2015 AUDI Q7?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2015 AUDI Q7 listings at auction averaged 111,592 miles across 102 sales, so at 29,021 miles this one sits 74% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2015 AUDI Q7. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Did this 2015 AUDI Q7 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
