Question 1

What does a certificate of title mean for this AUDI Q5?

Accepted Answer

This 2012 AUDI Q5 was sold on a certificate of title. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 2

How far is this AUDI Q5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NY - LONG ISLAND. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2012 AUDI Q5. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Did this 2012 AUDI Q5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN WA1LFAFP6CA026990?

Accepted Answer

WA1LFAFP6CA026990 identifies this specific 2012 AUDI Q5 in gray with a 2.0l 4 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2012 AUDI Q5 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2012 AUDI Q5 was listed at COPART as lot 61581403 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
