Question 1

What do left & right side 2018 AUDI Q5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2018 AUDI Q5 with left & right side damage, the median was $6,000, from $3,150 to $8,200. That is 22% below the $7,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,250 a good price for this 2018 AUDI Q5?

Accepted Answer

3517 comparable 2018 AUDI Q5 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,700, spanning $4,600 to $11,300. At $3,250 this one went 58% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This AUDI Q5 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI Q5. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 32,174 miles high for a 2018 AUDI Q5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI Q5 listings at auction averaged 87,008 miles across 3517 sales, so at 32,174 miles this one sits 63% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this AUDI Q5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in AZ - TUCSON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 380 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $325-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
