Question 1

What do front end 2017 AUDI A7 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 90 recorded sales of the 2017 AUDI A7 with front end damage, the median was $5,700, from $3,400 to $9,500. That is 8% below the $6,213 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,300 a good price for this 2017 AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

170 comparable 2017 AUDI A7 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,213, spanning $3,450 to $10,500. At $5,300 this one went 15% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI A7 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 AUDI A7's pre-damage retail value at $19,433. It sold for $5,300 — 73% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this AUDI A7 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in IL - CHICAGO HEIGHTS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 AUDI A7 was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 86,112 miles high for a 2017 AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 AUDI A7 listings at auction averaged 97,858 miles across 170 sales, so at 86,112 miles this one sits 12% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
