Question 1

What do front end 2016 AUDI A7 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 129 recorded sales of the 2016 AUDI A7 with front end damage, the median was $5,100, from $3,300 to $8,600. That is 4% below the $5,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,600 a good price for this 2016 AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

298 comparable 2016 AUDI A7 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,300, spanning $3,300 to $9,100. At $6,600 this one went 25% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI A7 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 AUDI A7's pre-damage retail value at $22,295. It sold for $6,600 — 70% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this AUDI A7 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MD - LAUREL. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 40 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 AUDI A7. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 58,608 miles high for a 2016 AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 AUDI A7 listings at auction averaged 106,963 miles across 298 sales, so at 58,608 miles this one sits 45% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
