Question 1

Was $7,700 a good price for this 2016 AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

296 comparable 2016 AUDI A7 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,300, spanning $3,300 to $9,100. At $7,700 this one went 45% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This AUDI A7 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI A7 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 AUDI A7's pre-damage retail value at $16,708. It sold for $7,700 — 54% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 AUDI A7. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 92,395 miles high for a 2016 AUDI A7?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 AUDI A7 listings at auction averaged 106,553 miles across 296 sales, so at 92,395 miles this one sits 13% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this AUDI A7 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in OR - PORTLAND. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 180 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $225-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
