Question 1

Was $16,300 a good price for this 2022 AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

57 comparable 2022 AUDI A6 listings sold at auction for a median of $15,550, spanning $7,100 to $21,100. At $16,300 this one went 5% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI A6 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 AUDI A6's pre-damage retail value at $43,480. It sold for $16,300 — 63% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does a certificate of title mean for this AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 AUDI A6 was sold on a certificate of title. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 AUDI A6. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 11,108 miles high for a 2022 AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 AUDI A6 listings at auction averaged 38,944 miles across 57 sales, so at 11,108 miles this one sits 71% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this AUDI A6 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MI - DAVISON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
