Question 1

What do rear 2019 AUDI A6 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2019 AUDI A6 with rear damage, the median was $12,250, from $6,900 to $14,975. That is 19% above the $10,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,950 a good price for this 2019 AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

616 comparable 2019 AUDI A6 listings sold at auction for a median of $10,300, spanning $6,200 to $15,100. At $8,950 this one went 13% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 AUDI A6 was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 AUDI A6. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this AUDI A6 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IL - LINCOLN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Who sold this 2019 AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
