Question 1

What do front end 2018 AUDI A6 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 240 recorded sales of the 2018 AUDI A6 with front end damage, the median was $5,400, from $3,500 to $8,600. That is 2% below the $5,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,400 a good price for this 2018 AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

464 comparable 2018 AUDI A6 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,500, spanning $3,500 to $8,700. At $4,400 this one went 20% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 AUDI A6 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI A6. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 84,904 miles high for a 2018 AUDI A6?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI A6 listings at auction averaged 83,825 miles across 464 sales, so at 84,904 miles this one sits 1% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this AUDI A6 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WI - SUSSEX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 850 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $550-$800, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
