Question 1

What do front end 2018 AUDI A5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 481 recorded sales of the 2018 AUDI A5 with front end damage, the median was $6,375, from $3,750 to $10,000. That is 8% below the $6,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $13,900 a good price for this 2018 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

1015 comparable 2018 AUDI A5 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,900, spanning $3,900 to $10,500. At $13,900 this one went 101% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This AUDI A5 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI A5 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 AUDI A5's pre-damage retail value at $30,599. It sold for $13,900 — 55% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

Is 47,865 miles high for a 2018 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI A5 listings at auction averaged 81,093 miles across 1015 sales, so at 47,865 miles this one sits 41% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI A5. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
