Question 1

What do water/flood 2023 AUDI A5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 10 recorded sales of the 2023 AUDI A5 with water/flood damage, the median was $11,300, from $8,400 to $16,800. That is 14% below the $13,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage title mean for this AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 AUDI A5 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this AUDI A5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NJ - HILLSBOROUGH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 30 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 51,078 miles high for a 2023 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 AUDI A5 listings at auction averaged 26,852 miles across 418 sales, so at 51,078 miles this one sits 90% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2023 AUDI A5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with water/flood damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
