Question 1

What do side 2022 AUDI A5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 29 recorded sales of the 2022 AUDI A5 with side damage, the median was $11,850, from $5,700 to $18,700. That is 9% above the $10,825 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $16,500 a good price for this 2022 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

293 comparable 2022 AUDI A5 listings sold at auction for a median of $10,825, spanning $5,300 to $17,800. At $16,500 this one went 52% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage certificate mean for this AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 AUDI A5 was sold on a salvage certificate. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 AUDI A5. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 38,933 miles high for a 2022 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 AUDI A5 listings at auction averaged 40,623 miles across 293 sales, so at 38,933 miles this one sits 4% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this AUDI A5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - LOS ANGELES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
