Question 1

Was $5,500 a good price for this 2018 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

1013 comparable 2018 AUDI A5 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,900, spanning $3,950 to $10,500. At $5,500 this one went 20% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a dis/dlr/exp only clean title mean for this AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 AUDI A5 was sold on a dis/dlr/exp only clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this AUDI A5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - RANCHO CUCAMONGA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI A5. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 43,605 miles high for a 2018 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI A5 listings at auction averaged 81,069 miles across 1013 sales, so at 43,605 miles this one sits 46% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2018 AUDI A5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with all over damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
